Refund & cancellation policy

Our service fee is earned when you sign your service agreement. If we do not make your petitioner documents available within 30 days of your fee being paid in full, you may request a refund of the service fee. Once the documents are delivered, the fee is not refundable, whatever USCIS later decides. Government filing fees are separate and refundable until paid to the government. Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded in full.

Installment plan: four payments of $575 that stop automatically after the fourth.

To request a refund, email info@aventusvisaagents.com. Approved refunds go back to your card, normally within five business days. Full policy
